Here’s some great and witty stuff said to and about The Red Seat:
October 30, 2007
Dear The Red Seat,
I love the Red Seat.
I ordered wicked cool shirts and coasters from you on Wednesday. They
were in my lovely wife's hands in Florida on Friday (regular mail!).
She wore her "This is my SOX shirt" to a Sox Series party on Saturday,
and gave the Head Sox coasters as a gift to the hosts (natives of
She's a cool chick, but thanks to you, her party mates saluted her as
the coolest of the cool kids at the party.
Keep up the good work.

You guys have awesome t-shirts! I'll be sure to check your site regularly for new stuff. Yay! I appreciate the wonderful customer service.
April 21, 2007
I am a HUGE Varitek fan, and I just got my "Captain Fenway" shirt in the mail - I love it! I can't wait to wear it proudly! I looked everywhere to find a player shirt that was unique, and no one else had anything like this. Thanks for designing awesome stuff!
April 14, 2007
really dig your funky, inventive, unique red sox grpahics. very clever and creative.
March 18, 2007
Hello. Just wanted to tell you how much I love your products...they are absolutely brilliant. I love my Captain Fenway tee and my son loves his Wallzilla tee...now all his friends want one!!!
They are without a doubt the best t-shirt prints I've seen...and yes, I agree, American Apparel is the best!!!!
Thanks guys...GO SOX!!!

I am dangerously overcome with Opening Day anticipation, but have been subdued for a short period thanks to The Red Seat!
Recently from Boston, but now in Houston, I needed a fix. Someone from my old stompin' grounds (SMFA) let me in on the best kept secret in Red Sox Nation....The Red Seat. I have 3 shirts (and two very nice complimentary bumper stickers that hang proudly on my car) and am well on my way to an entire shirt collection.
Red Seat, you make the waiting a little more bearable.....26 days left and counting down!
Thanks a million for existing!
February 14, 2007
Hey, I just did your survey and forgot to tell you...I love the new graphic of Big in Japan. I also meant to tell you...last summer we took a road trip to Seattle and Oakland. My long sleeve "There's Always Last Year" shirt was quite the conversation piece from both the front and back side. Your Red Seat logo in the center back is a great idea. Thanks.
February 7, 2007
Love the new shirts. Your designs are the best thing going. Really fresh
and unique. I just ordered a Big Bang shirt for my girlfriend on her
birthday. Love your stuff. All the best in the new
December 2, 2006
I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your emails, not to mention your website. And even though I can't buy one of the "B is for baseball" shirts, I've put the word out to my family scattered throughout New England that I need to have this shirt.
Happy Holidays and keep up the great work!
August 3, 2006
Thank you all so much. My girlfriend and I love the shirts and at the game the other night we had at least a dozen people asking us what the red seat wa. Hopefully they now know one of the red seats. Anways, keep up the good work.
July 17, 2006
got our shirts today. rock on red seat!! my kids love theirs....my papi and throwdown are killer and my wife cannot wait for her sweet caroline to ship.
as you may sense...we are big sox fans who moved to cali. the shirts are a great change from the "B and swoosh" shirts normally available to fans. as a marketing guy i'm very impressed by the very clever and original ideas!
keep up the great work....we'll be back...cheers!
June 28, 2006
These shirts are awesome! I saw a drunk dude wearing one in row 40 of the bleachers Monday and I had to have one.
May 27, 2006
Your T-shirts are the best! Everything you say they are. Not only are they original, clever and cool looking, the AA quality is now the only way for me to go. You're right, once you try it, you NEVER go back. My son and I both dig them. Keep them coming, designs, colors and mostly - soft, comfortable material. Worth every penny.
April 27, 2006
This is an awesome site a must for the true fan!
March 26, 2006
Okay, so Bronson Arroyo was my favorite Sox player and was cruelly treated by Theo and all the rest of them, I think. I love Theo, but that was just mean. I would be your best friend (and I mean it) if there was some kind of commemorative Bronson t-shirt remembering how lanky and cornrowed he was. Plus, he beaned A-Rod, which adds bonus points in my book. So, in conclusion, for all of us fans who think sending someone to the National League and especially the Reds is awful, a Bronson shirt would be amazing.

It's a coldish gray March day here in Cleveland, Ohio and I've got a bad case of baseball fever. Images of Big Papi in his Dominican Republic uni and a video of Tek's granny in a US loss to Canada started me feeling lonesome for my Sox. Went to the Indians website and bought some tix for one of the games against Boston in April. (6 weeks and 6 days away, to be precise) Checked out Soxaholix and clicked on your link. I went through all the shirts and merchandise, looked at pictures, thought about sending a couple of mine - didn't (yet), and then I found your slideshow. OMG, it nearly killed me! It's a terrifc tour of Red Sox Nation that brought tears to my ears. Thank you for sharing that with those of us who live in the far reaches!
January 12, 2006
Everything arrived safely. I have the poster framed and hanging in my office... gets the most amusing looks and comments from the one or two heretic Evil Empire fans in my congregation...
Thanks much, may you have a wonderful, healthy, happy and prosperous new year, kisses to the baby, and oh yes, GO SAWKS!!!!
November 17, 2005
Keep up the good work-you guys have some great stuff! Go Sox :)
November 5, 2005
Dude, I am so never taking that hoodie off. Like, ever. I immediately put it on when I got home last night and found the package waiting for me and I slept in it and now I'm putting it back on again to go get breakfast. I'm probably going to get married in it. (This might cause "theme" issues but I'll deal with those later). It's so fantastic! I love it!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
And congratulations. You have usurped my Patriots Super Bowl XXXVIII Champions hoodie in the "my favoritest thing to wear ever" contest. Well done.
October 23, 2005
Thanks for coming up with these great items. Great stuff with class (no more yankees suck garbage). Good luck, keep up the good work in promoting the great game and the city in such a refreshing and positive way.
October 3, 2005
Thanks again for putting out the best shirts ever!!!
I can't tell you how many people have called the station (WHDH-7 in Boston) to get your web address.
October 2, 2005
I'm always looking for ways to show my Red Sox pride and I think The Red Seat has the most original and awesome Red Sox fan shirts around. I always go to Kenmore during home games and scope out the shirts but the best thing I've seen so far is on this site.
I was watching the news when I heard about the shirts and I had to have a piece of the Red Seat creativity. I just ordered my Captain Fenway and I can't wait to wear it around with pride. Thanks so much for putting a fresh and creative spin on merchandise for the Red Sox-it gives me so much pride and excitement for seasons to come!
September 30, 2005
I heard you on Matty (in the Morning) - so I pulled up the web site as soon as I got to work - your shirts are great.
WICKED AWESOME tshirts. Best of luck with this venture, I've already shared the web address with MANY devoted Sox family and friends. I love the originality of the shirts...keep 'em comin!!
Heard you on Matty in the Morning and just had to check out your site. It's a home run! I really appreciate the sizing details...thanks for reading my mind and revearsing my curse!
Thanx for making my day
September 10, 2005
I received the order and have donned the shirts proudly.
Love the website--very pleasing to peruse. Kudos for using the sweatshop free shirts--I whole heartedly support your efforts. And the shirts are so soft I can't stand it and find myself patting myself whilst wearing them.
And you know, on the Captain Fenway shirt?...it REALLY looks like Tek. Alot. Well done.
September 7, 2005
Keep up the fight, Red Seat's the shit!
August 17, 2005
I want to say that I really love your products; the ideas are well thought out, impactful, and most of all, classy.
July 8, 2005
The Red Seat has great products, fantastic quality, and very quick service! Your shirts have a noticeable improvement in quality and fit since switching to American Apparel. I also love that you now carry items for babies...my daughter will be stylin in her Wallzilla shirt! Thanks Red Seat!
May 18, 2005
I'd like to give a tardy shout out to Chris and Emily at The Red Seat, who sent me two t-shirts celebrating our beloved Red Sox along with a nice note of good wishes. I've been meaning to write them an honest-to-shit thanks via snail mail for weeks but haven't done it yet. If there was ever a chance of me getting bummed out from (my) accident, the outpouring of support from people I know and don't know would have nipped that in the arse. Here are two people who don't know me from Adam but take the time to let me know there are people thinking about me. Besides that, their site is great and they sell some pissah gear!
May 13, 2005
Just a shout out to thank your for providing me with a morale booster. I'm stationed in Kuwait, and I cheer myself up by keeping track of the games on-line, ordering Sox shirts, and watching the Evil Empire play sub .500 ball.
April 29, 2005
Soooo awesome! I love your stuff and the creativity involved. Keep up the good work.
April 22, 2005
Thanks for directing me to your site. It's wonderful.
April 8, 2005
I gotta say this is one of the greatest sites I've ever seen since I've started going online in 1996! I just wanted to say, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, I loved your site! GO SOX 2005!!
March 27, 2005
Glad you're around!
March 24, 2005
Just wanted to let you guys know that you rock!! I represent with a Red Seat t-shirt out here in Seattle every time the crappy Mariners host The Sox at Safeco field. It's great being a New England sports fan and native out on the west coast. Unbelievable bragging rights!!
March 9, 2005
Cool stuff, I love it! Go Sox...
March 2, 2005
Bill Mueller is my favorite player. I need this shirt (The Throwdown) to commemorate his fabulous feat. Thanks, Red Seat!
March 2, 2005
Wonderful merchandise- better then I've seen from most other places.
March 1, 2005
February 26, 2005
Your website rules ! Being a Sox fan in PA is no fun but it helps having a fun place to go check out and pickup Sox stuff from. Hope to see lots of new stuff this spring/summer ! Thanks !...Kev
February 24, 2005
I'm going to wear this (Pigs Do Fly - Women's) to every baseball game this year!! Go SOX!!!
January 27, 2005
Hey! I just came across your website. More cowbell? Being a Christopher Walken fan I picked up on that right away. Walken fans AND Red Sox freaks? Can I have a job? If you have two I'll take them both. It's a long commute from Albany NY, but I'll hack it. Hey the dude that was sitting IN the seat when St. Williams hit the homer was from Albany. Just have my desk ready, I'll be right over.
January 14, 2005
Folks, love your site. I stumbled onto it, but what a joy! And guess what? We're World Champs!! Three months later, and still basking in the glow... hope it never fades.
January 6, 2005
Q: What do you have when 100 Yankees fans are buried up to their neck in sand?
A: Not enough sand.
January 5, 2005
Hey guys, Georgie Porgie is at it again. He's attempting to buy another
championship. Don't Yankee fans have any dignity? Can there be satisfaction
in simply outspending everybody in order to load up and win when you are
expected to win? Oh, but what disgrace if the Red Sox pull the rug from
under them again this year. It will be fun. The Evil Empire will crumble.
January 2, 2005
You guys crack me up!
December 22, 2004
I think I love you! Thanks so much!
December 13, 2004
I like your philosophy and totally agree with you that so much of the anti-Yankee focus is just that - all about the Yankees! Talk about giving ones power to the enemy! Thanks for choice in merchandising!
December 13, 2004
i just got a t-shirt that i ordered from you on ebay and i LOVE it. i will be passing you along to friends and family. thanks so much for making a shirt that i can wear proudly around Beantown.
December 11, 2004
Hi there - your site is just delightful! I think your battling evil shirt has really "got it" with a graphic style in a way the others haven't quite. Thanks for all the site-side entertainment!
December 6, 2004
The last line reads "What kind of fan are you?" I'm a YANKEE fan and last year was an abberation as evidenced by the last 100 years. Having said that, enjoy it. The Red Sox and their loyal fans deserve it.
November 15, 2004
I recently discovered The Red Seat and couldn't be happier so far. Not only are the shirts wonderful, but their website is so much fun to read. I just made my first purchase from them and was very impressed all around. It arrived right away (and I live in CA) and there was always a personal special touch.. from the confirmation email to the package itself. I am already planning on ordering from them again!
November 12, 2004
The Red Seat kicks ass. They're a classy, yet fun alternative to YANKEES SUCK merchandise for the discriminating Sox fan. Did I mention they kick ass?
November 1, 2004
I have been a loyal Red Seat fan for, oh, a little over two weeks now. It was on the eve of the third ALCS game that fate brought me to your website as I tried to cheer myself up with a little retail therapy. It was then that I saw your fabulous collection of t-shirts and thought, I must have one! Alas, the only womans shirt was battling evil, although this, too, turned out to be fortuitous. For lo and behold, after purchasing this shirt we won! And then twice more! The shirt arrived on the day of game 7. I wore it. We all remember what happened. I wore it again for game 4 of the World Series. Needless to say, this is now the luckiest shirt ever.
October 28, 2004
Got my shirts just in time for the comeback over the Yanks and the World Series. I am out here in Honolulu, but people are still commenting on how great the shirts are! Can't wait to see what you come up with next.
October 13, 2004
I love your site. I particularly like the fact that you don't obsess about the team from New York; you celebrate the team from Boston. Way to be!
October 10, 2004
I have a theory - all the local therapists, etc., get together every year to pay off the Sox so that we get all worked up and then need some serious therapy after all of it... what do you think? I see another Red Seat shirt that goes something like "Keeping Boston Area Therapists Challenged/Happy/Swimming in It Since 1918" hahaha
September 2, 2004
Great design! I haven't ordered only because I can't pick which one I like best. BUT-I have done my part to send all of my friends and co-workers your site and they have loved it! Keep up the good work.
July 22, 2004
That game (green monster t-shirt) occurred on my wedding day and was easily the best present I received. Now I can commemorate it forever.
July 21, 2004
Read about your product on the Sons of Sam Horn. I'm very excited to get a shirt for myself and one for my daughter. Hope you have great success!
July 12, 2004
You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work. And if you hatch any plots against THEM, please don't hesitate to include me.
June 23, 2004
On my way to Fenway Park once, it was a beautiful sunny day as I rode down Comm Ave on the B Line--but I could see a cloud over the ballpark _exactly_ like the one on your God Hates Us shirt. When I got inside to my seats, it was raining--pouring, in fact--but you could still see the sun shining away all over the rest of the city. Naturally, the storm did move on in due time, but it was one of the oddest, and funniest, things I have ever seen. Go, Red Sox!
June 10, 2004
Hi, Great shirts..I should be the first in Tampa showin' them off...I'll send you some pics from Tropicana next time the sox are in town..Lookin' forward to your site comin' on line and more great unique items from you guys...Keep up the great work and we'll all be wearing the Red Seat shirts in October!!! GO SOX!!
June 9, 2004
the shirt is awesome. i normally don't wear red sox gear because its
like putting "loser" written on your forehead, but this shirt is
super cool and describes my feelings about the yankees to a tee.
June 7, 2004
Want to thank you for the great shirts and up and coming web site you
Just won one of your ebay auctions for the Destroy Yankees shirts.
Thank you for shipping my shirt so quickly.
I paid for it Friday morning and it arrived in my mailbox on Saturday!
I was hoping I would get it in time to wear to Thursday night's game.
(taking my 4yr old son to his first game)
Thank you also for creating such a beautiful shirt!
May 30, 2004
found your link thru boston dirt dogs site.
saw your shirts on eBay.
holy sweet moses -- awesome!
May 28, 2004
I think they are probably the most innovative and attractive fan shirts I've seen, and considering the unequaled popularity of our team that says something.
May 28, 2004
Fantastic. I can't wait for the site to be up, because
I will be buying the other three designs as soon as it
is active (just can't afford $30+ for a t-shirt). I
think they are probably the most innovative and
attractive fan shirts I've seen, and considering the
unequaled popularity of our team that says something.
Any time frame for that to happen?
I'll be sure to leave some feedback when the shirt
arrives. Thanks and go Sox!
May 26, 2004
Those tshirts are so effin' fantastic. Finally some high quality shirts to match our high quality fan base.
Can't wait to order...
May 26, 2004
Your shirts are awesome, far and away the best I have ever seen. I have
been looking everywhere for original sox shirts. I just moved out to
Seattle, and need to be wearing my colors.
